Change server seed


🌱 How to Change Your World Seed on Minefort


🛑 Step 1: Stop Your Server

  1. Go to https://minefort.com and log in.
  2. Open your server dashboard.
  3. Click Stop to shut down the server before making changes.


🗑️ Step 2: Delete the Existing World

  1. Go to the File Manager tab.
  2. Delete the following folders:
  • world
  • world_nether
  • world_the_end
  1. This removes the old world, which is necessary for a new seed to take effect.


📝 Step 3: Set the New Seed

  1. Go to the Server Properties tab.
  2. Find the level-seed entry.
  3. Enter your desired seed number or word:

level-seed=GlacierValley123

  1. Scroll down and click Save.


▶️ Step 4: Restart the Server

  • Go back to the Console or Dashboard and click Start.
  • A new world will be generated with the seed you specified.
